Situated amongst stunning Cotswold farmland this property features an impressive internal courtyard, large western conservatory with two stunning external York stone patios, ideal for a BBQ in the summer months.

Relax in the soft seating of the long lounge equipped with wood burning stove and tinkle the ivories on the baby grand piano. Look out on on to the sweeping farmhouse lawn, perfect for a picnic or two and garden games. The large fully equipped kitchen is the hub of the house, leading into the bright conservatory dining room.

The bedrooms are split over 2 floors with 3 bedrooms located on the ground floor. All bedrooms are elegantly designed and well-appointed; inclusive of towels and linens.

Absolutely incredible house. The layout of the kitchen, lounge and dining room is brilliant for large groups. So much space inside and out, with the pool being an added bonus! Would definitely stay again.

Onsite we offer a heated seasonal outdoor pool (please note pool opening times apply) and tennis courts which are available for shared use. Well behaved dogs are welcome at an additional cost.

The nearest train stations are Hanborough, 5 miles away and Oxford Parkway Station, also 5 miles away. All in all this impressive property is large enough to entertain many guests, whilst remaining warm and homely with plenty of charm.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The Farmhouse was the perfect base for the wedding party to stay - the large number of rooms meant we could all stay together yet there was still plenty of space, lots of bathrooms, etc so we didn’t feel on top of each other. The well equipped kitchen and huge dining table meant that we could easily enjoy all of our meals together. The beautiful garden was a highlight, and we enjoyed garden games as well as use of the outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts. Overall an incredible weekend with the Farmhouse the ideal place to stay.

Eighteen family members and friends to celebrate my wife’s big birthday and to see in New Year 2023. I don’t think we could have found a better venue. An excellently appointed property full of character and charm with the surprise addition of super-warm central heating. The Farmhouse has plenty of space with immaculate rooms in a lovely setting. Given the numbers and celebrations, the kitchen and dining room had to be up to the job - which indeed they were. From enquiry, through booking to completion our stay was handled with efficiency and courtesy by the Worton Park team. Definitely to be recommended and certainly on our return list for any future family gatherings.
